15% platform fee on the hourly rate, paid by the renter on top of the owner's published price. The owner keeps 100% of their listed rate. No hidden fees, no listing fees, no monthly subscription. VAT is calculated transparently on every invoice.
Every listed owner goes through a one-time verification: NCA certificate, logbook, inspection photos, operator licence. And every booking is escrow-protected — if the machine doesn't arrive, you get a full refund automatically within 24 hours. Owners who no-show are suspended.

Yes, by default. Every listing includes a trained, NCA-registered operator with their experience and certifications visible on the machine profile. You can opt for machine-only in limited cases if you have your own certified operator.
